Guests may check in from 2.00 pm onwards or earlier by prior arrangement.
Rooms need to be vacated by 11.00 am on your date of departure.

If you have evening flights, we can store your luggage and you are welcome to relax in the lounge or pool area.
Late check-outs can only be arranged if there are no new guests booked into your room or if we know the arrival time of the new guest/s.
We have a strict policy to protect us against cancellations. We have only 5 rooms and cannot make up business lost.

No-Show (non-arrival) or cancellation within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the total accommodation fee is payable.
Cancellation 7 days of arrival date, deposit is forfeited in full.
From 7 to 14 days: 75% of deposit forfeited; From 14 to 21 days: 50% of
deposit forfeited; From 21 to 28 days: 25% of deposit forfeited.
Shortening length of stay: 100% of daily rate will be payable for each day cancelled.
Credit Cards we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Card.
Payment is taken via Paybridge.
For bookings of 2 days or less we require the full amount of the stay to be paid as the deposit.
For bookings of 4 days and more we require a 50% deposit to be paid by credit card or bank transfer to secure the booking. The balance is to be settled on arrival.
